Refunds

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund:

bulletAny book in its original condition
bulletAny unopened media (audio cassette tape or VHS tape)
bulletAny other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories

We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.  Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are not in a sellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

You may cancel unshipped items.

Notification of Refund

Once we have received and processed the returned item we will notify you via e-mail.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
