Create a whole new definition for Senior - "WISDOM". Learn powerful and
safe techniques in both shallow and deep water to maximize water-baser corporal balance,
stability, proper postural alignment, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Tools
will vary from self-muscular control and proper breathing techniques, to kick-boards,
noodles, and DROM (Dynamic Range of Motion) drills, both stationary and in motion.
Conscientious and directed muscular power will move you through the water in a challenging
and fun atmosphere. This workout can be performed in both therapy and standard
pools.
